well, today (Day 5) was Canada's Wonderland Day and both Al and myself decided to skip this outing since we have already been there...so we went walking around the mall & had lunch with my brother in-law at this great japanese restaurant in the underground concourse area. In the evening, we went to one of my favorite chinese restaurants located in the Kensington area..WAH SING.the rest of the gang joined us along with auntie Yoly and Uncle Rick...It was a nice family dinner! Afterwards, we met up with some friends and headed to a lounge/club called Century..Guuuud times!
On Day 6 my gurl came by to pick us up and went shopping at my famous Dixie Mall...I always love coming to this mall cause its cheap...i thought i was going to shop till i dropped but instead the hubby shopped...he bought sweaters, shirts and afterwards we went to this store Si Vous Play Sports which he bought 3 pairs of shoes...lucky guy! Evening dinner approached and we went for some sushi...it was alright but not west coast style.
Day 7 was another day of shopping but this time it was with my cousins & neices...Instead of buying them something I just gave them money to spend it on whatever they wanted...but I in the other hand went shopping at Sephora, H & M and Forever 21...the 3 stores that are not in Vancouver...totally sucks! I had a great shopping day!
In the evening we had a dinner party at my sisters friends condo's rooftop patio...awesome view and great food...we had kalbi ribs (original korean style), jerk chicken, grilled squid, salad, cupcakes which Gerwyn dropped, mangoes, cheescake and plenty of wine...this was the best of the best dinners! Awesome job guys, we had a great time...next dinner event to be held at the Almero's residence and we'll do it west coast style! After the dinner, we went to this 'house music' gig then left to go to Brant House...this was the spot to be cause they were kickin' the old skool classics...again lots of drinkin'!
On Day 8 was shopping day but only to buy my nephew Hayden his 'CARS' truck...and boy did he ever love his truck...dinner was at my cousins place Em...this time it was 'greek style'...great food and again lots of drinkin'...and a BIG house
